Pondicherry is well connected through the road. One has to take the NH45 from Chennai Airport and travel towards tindivanam/pondicherry. The road is so good that by car one can reach pondicherry in two and half hours. For nature lovers pondicherry is connected to chennai via ECR which is a scenic way along the coast. It would just feel great to have a view on the ECR in the night(drive carefully on the ECR since people, dogs, cows cross the road on the village sides and watch out for the dangerous curves)
Well connected road network is there in Pondicherry with National Highway No. 45 traversing the whole of Pondicherry Tours
